Privacy
There are three parts of our site that involve your information: the enquiry form, a counter of how many people visit the site, and the map on our studio page. Here's the script with all three:
When you send an enquiry
We require your name, email address and a description of what you are looking for. You can additionally give us a phone number or Instagram handle, placement guidance, a size, your availability and accompanying images. All of this comes to us by email and is kept on our server.
We use it to reply to you and to plan your tattoo. We do not sell it or share it with anyone. We also don't add you to a mailing list or anything like that.
Enquiries are kept for twelve months and then deleted automatically, along with any images sent with them.
When filling out the form, your browser keeps a copy of what you have typed so that a closed tab does not lose it. That copy stays on your own device, is never sent anywhere, and is gone the moment the enquiry goes through.
When you visit this site
We count how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. This is anonymous — no cookies, no IP addresses kept, nothing that points back to you.
The information comes to us — no advertising trackers, and no analytics company sees any of it.
If your browser asks sites not to track you, the visit is not recorded at all.
The map on our studio page
Our studio page shows a Google map of where we are. It is loaded from Google, so opening that page tells Google you were there and lets it set its own cookies in your browser, the same as visiting Google Maps directly. Nothing about that is ours and we see none of it.
Every other page on this site loads the map not at all. If you would rather not load it, our address is on this page and in the footer of every page.
Asking us what we hold, or to delete it
If you want to know what information we hold on you, or would like us to delete it before the twelve month automatic deletion, then just send us an email and we will get that sorted. somedaysoontattoo@gmail.com
